Max Bupa gets Irda nod Insurance regulator Irda has given final approval to Max Bupa Health Insurance Company to start operation as a general insurer. The certificate of registration (Forms Irda/R3) has been issued today, Irda said in a circular. Birla Sun Life Distribution Birla Sun Life Distribution Company has been renamed as Aditya Birla Money Mart Ltd. The company is the distribution and wealth management arm of Aditya Birla Financial Services Group (ABFSG). It also saw a change in shareholding with the Aditya Birla Group acquiring the entire stake from joint venture partner Sun Life Financial in March 2009. ...
